I am having the worst experience with my Whirlpool washer. I bought is from Bernie’s 10/4/09 w/ the extended warranty and now I need service on the washer. I do not know who to call and Whirlpool does not have any information. If the credit card does not refund the $ paid for the warranty I am screwed. Does anyone know who to call?
