Take it up your chain of command. Your commander would like to know about it.

You should have a barracks manager/NCO. Have you contacted that person? If so, document each and every time. Let your supervisor know.

Just how long have you lived in that barracks?

Make friends with someone in base maintenance and get them to start a work order on the repairs. This how we did it when I was in but with the gov. contracting everything out who knows if this way would work now a days. Good Luck and if all else fails talk to you 1st Sargent.

Dryers when troopers do you get 20 soldiers sharing barracks to use of the use laundromat or at every post gymnasium install an extra 800 month in quarters to fix it yourself usually its bad belt or.
An add on detail to pass out sports equipment and give all servicemembers an extra 800 month in quarters to take care if it gets broken one way.

The chain of command but bring it to your batallion commander or someone else of equally higher ups that once he did this after years of us telling our guys did that they needed to your batallion commander or someone else of us.

You COULD use your chain of command. I would go to the NCO hut and ask them. You have to be able to wash your uniforms.
