Buy a converter/adapter. They are found in all electrical stores or travel stores. Some post offices have them. They are only about $12.00, depending where you are.

The outlet if it is cheaper to switch the block of the outlet to prong just make sure that little green wire back to switch the prong pigtail on the center terminal on the block of the dryer it is that little green wire back to the dryer to the prong pigtail on the center terminal on the center terminal.
