    There are many books to fix things but if you don’t have basic knowledge or have a knack for mechanical things call a repair person I know people who bought a motors manual to repair the car then realized they didn’t know where the carb is etc.
    If your starting a business you better know what you are doing before you hang the open sign on the door. Lowes’ has some good manuals. Maybe you could hire a knowledgable person part time or on call for training purposes etc.
